These vehicles typically use a flat-four boxer engine instead of the inline-four engines that other vehicle manufacturers use in four-cylinder cars. Due to this horizontal engine mount, these cars experience the pitching of the engine from the front axle torque twist differently than other vehicles. You can install our pitch stops yourself. The pitch stop mount is located under the factory top-mount intercooler between the firewall and the front end of the transmission. However, to install this part, you'll need to remove the top-mount intercooler. Although you can install it yourself, we highly recommend professional installation from a licensed mechanic as there are no installation instructions included in the box. In addition, any damage that occurs during installation will not be refunded.
